12-Month Limited Warranty
Every Longthorne timepiece comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the movement, case, dial, hands, crown or bracelet under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, impact or misuse.
- Scratches, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
- Battery replacement due to normal depletion.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Water damage resulting from use outside the watch’s stated water-resistance rating.
If your watch develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
Following assessment, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy in accordance with the warranty and your statutory rights.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Longthorne watch.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For a change-of-mind return under our extended policy, the watch must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories and documentation included. You may inspect and try on the watch as you would in a shop, but additional wear, damage or alteration may affect your refund.
Please contact us before returning your watch so we can provide return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including covering reasonable return costs where required.
Your Statutory Rights
For most UK online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Our 30-day change-of-mind policy extends the period for requesting a return but does not replace or restrict your legal cancellation rights.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also remain unaffected.
